Frequently Asked Questions
What does it cost to use Valnix.tv?+
It's free to create an account. The platform fee (5.89 kr + 3.9% per ticket) is added on top of the ticket price, so you as a streamer receive the full ticket price.
Can I use OBS or other software to stream?+
Yes. Valnix supports RTMP, so you can use OBS Studio, Streamlabs and similar. You can also stream directly from your browser.
When do I get paid?+
The money is automatically transferred to your bank account via Stripe within 7 days after a held event.
Who can use Valnix.tv?+
Sports clubs, musicians, speakers, stand-up comedians, educators, associations and anyone else who wants to stream live and sell tickets in Scandinavia.
Is there a limit to how many viewers I can have?+
No. Valnix scales automatically, so your stream works whether you have 10 or 10,000 viewers.
